Day 1

Upon arriving at Liberia Airport, our tour staff will greet you and escort you to the hotel for check-in. In the evening, join your fellow tour guests for a welcome dinner at the hotel.

Day 2

Morning Breakfast and Tour Day at the Development.

Afternoon Meeting at Our Coco Office

Costa Rican Attorney: Learn about property ownership, title transfers, residency, citizenship, and tax matters.

Architects: Discuss your house plans and explore any changes or customizations you’d like to make.

Local Bank: Get assistance with opening an account and exploring financing options for your house build.

Day 3

Morning: Breakfast at Hotel.

Midday: Boat Tour and beachday with Rigo.

Day 4

Morning: Breakfast at Hotel

Midday: Visit to waterfalls and hot springs with Rigo

Day 5

Morning: Breakfast at Hotel

Midday: Revisit Papagayo Estates.  Another chance to look at lots and ask questions.
