Day 1

Upon arriving at Liberia Airport, our tour staff will greet you and escort you to the hotel for check-in. In the evening, join your fellow tour guests for a welcome dinner at the hotel.

Day 2

Tour Day at the Development , Meet with our builder on site.

Afternoon Meeting at Our Coco Office

Costa Rican Attorney: Learn about property ownership, title transfers, residency, citizenship, and tax matters.

Architects: Discuss your house plans and explore any changes or customizations you’d like to make.

Local Bank: Get assistance with opening an account and exploring financing options for your house build.

Day 3

Tour Day at the Development on ATVs, horses or by vehicle.

Day 4

Excursion Day-Boat, volcanoes, hot springs, waterfall excursions.  Snorkeling, horseback riding, ATV’s, the spa or a day at the beach.

Day 5

Free Day-Boat, beach day, pool or revisit the site.
