Day 1 & 2

Upon arriving at Liberia Airport, our tour staff will greet you and escort you to the hotel for check-in. In the evening, join your fellow tour guests for a welcome dinner at the hotel.

Day 3

– Midday: Tour the project and Papagayo area

-Evening: Dinner

Day 4

Morning: Tour on horses

Costa Rican Attorney: Learn about property ownership, title transfers, residency, citizenship, and tax matters.

Architects: Discuss your house plans and explore any changes or customizations you’d like to make.

Local Bank: Get assistance with opening an account and exploring financing options for your house build.

Day 5

– Morning: Boat day at the beach

-Evening: Dinner with entire group

Day 6

-Morning: Waterfall and Hotsprings

-Evening: Dinner at hotel

Day 7

-Morning: Revisit project and negotiation day

-Airport drop-off
